DR LEAVES ITS MARK IN ITALY AND GERMANY06/06/2009 Danilo Rossi’s Team gets its due after all the meticulous work done earlier on in the season and getting Open Masters podium in Muro Leccese with Kevin Susilo and a podium place after the second round of the German National Championship in Wackersdorf with Riccardo Negro and Verdi Geurts. Three results in three different classes, from KF cadet class to queen class with gears, which is confirms the competition level of DR chassis, responding to all the various requirements, and how well it also responds to: engine, track and weather conditions. At the Open Masters, Kevin Susilo’s performance in a very competitive in KF3 and rewards their hard work durino round three held at Muro Leccese. The driver from Indonesia underlines all his skill and the quality Danilo Rossi’s enterprise on the difficult Salentine track, getting a good fifth prefinal placing and chases for the top podium place in the final, where DR’s red, black and gold get a well deserved second place. More good news from DR, after the success in Muro Leccese, they now get ready for the Open Masters meeting in June to be held in Corridonia fully aware that they have got the stuff to make it. In Germany, during the second round, held in Wackersdorf, the DR Team stand out, after the early phase both in KF2 with Riccardo Negro and Verdi Geurts, KZ2. Both drivers pressed hard showing their skill durino the final. From grid three, Negro takes a brilliant KF2 podium place and Geurts does likewise. After a fantastic weekend where he’s always up with the best he gets second place leading on De Conto. Now the Dutch driver also holds second place on the provisional championship scoreboard, with 11 points separating him from De Conto.
